Overview
Immerse yourself in a royal spectacle as you journey back to the Middle Ages with the “Tournament of Kings” show in Las Vegas. This incredible dinner and show performance unfolds at the Excalibur Hotel & Casino, bringing the best of medieval times right to the heart of The Strip. Be prepared for a celebration of epic proportions, filled with jousting, music, poetry, and a feast fit for a king or queen. The Tournament of Kings has become a cornerstone of Las Vegas entertainment, providing an unrivalled experience that locals and visitors alike should not miss.
The Tournament of Kings offers a unique blend of spectacle and feasting. The 900-seat arena-style venue is divided into different “countries,” and guests are encouraged to cheer on the king representing their section. Enjoy a thrilling display of knightly competitions, including horse races, jousting, sword fights, and gladiator-style battles. The excitement only builds as a large round table is lowered into the center of the arena, where King Arthur and his knights partake in their feast, raising their glasses in jubilant toasts.
Unlike typical Vegas shows, the Tournament of Kings also serves up a hearty, utensil-free meal that harks back to the customs of the Middle Ages. Dinner includes a season roasted Cornish Game Hen, roasted lemon pepper red bliss potatoes, fresh corn on the cob, a soft baked dinner roll, and an apple square roll. Gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan meals are also available upon request.
During the holiday season, the show takes on a festive twist with the “Twas the Knight” show, offering a special menu that includes a pumpkin pastry.
However, please note that the show features loud noises and booms that may be disturbing to some, especially those with sensory issues or PTSD. Necessary precautions such as earplugs or earmuffs are advised for those sensitive to loud noises.
